Buying & Storing Tips
When it comes to buying cauliflower, the perfect choice should have a tight cream-white-colored head encircled by dark green leaves. Smith’s Farms provides various sizes to local grocery stores and markets, so choose the size that suits your needs!
For storing, refrigerate in a plastic bag for up to a week.
