Ingredients:
- 8 cups chopped broccoli
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup poppyseed dressing
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup shredded chicken (optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix broccoli, strawberries, avocado, green onions, and walnuts. In a separate bowl combine the poppyseed dressing with lemon juice. Drizzle the dressing on the broccoli salad and mix well.
- Add some shredded chicken and make this dish into a meal!
