Strawberry Poppyseed Broccoli Salad


  • 8 cups chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup poppyseed dressing
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup shredded chicken (optional)


  1. In a bowl, mix broccoli, strawberries, avocado, green onions, and walnuts.   In a separate bowl combine the poppyseed dressing with lemon juice. Drizzle the dressing on the broccoli salad and mix well.  
  2. Add some shredded chicken and make this dish into a meal!
