Chop the broccoli into fine pieces, then combine with the egg, breadcrumbs, onion, and seasonings. Next, shape the tots and add them to the baking sheet to cook for 18-24 minutes. Once they’re done, you have a healthy snack that can be enjoyed with any dipping sauce. 

Broccoli Sweet Potato Cakes

These savory cakes call for one pound of broccoli florets, two pounds of peeled and diced sweet potatoes, an onion, thyme, water, olive oil, and salt and pepper.
