Smith’s GPS (the “App”) is a proprietary, in‑house application used exclusively by Smith’s Farm (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect GPS data generated by tractors when using the App. By using the App, you agree to the terms described here.

- Location Data Only: The App collects GPS coordinates and timestamps from the tractor as it travels a field. No other personal data, device identifiers, or user information is collected.
- No Personal Identifiers: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any data that can be linked to specific individuals.
2. Purpose of Collection
- We use the GPS data solely to generate tracking paths for agricultural management, performance analysis, and record‑keeping.
- The data supports internal mapping, acreage calculations, and historical route review; it is not used for any marketing, advertising, or third‑party profiling.
3. Data Storage and Retention
- Storage Location: GPS data is stored on our secure internal servers and is not transmitted to, or stored by, any external cloud service.
