Cauliflower Pizza Crust


2 packages of frozen riced cauliflower, cooked and thoroughly dries (you can squeeze the extra water out through a paper towel or cheesecloth)

2 eggs

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Salt, pepper, garlic powder and italian seasoning



Preheat oven to 350

Mix all ingredients together and spread evenly over a parchment lined pizza pan

Bake for 20 minutes

Remove crust from oven, add sauce, cheese and any toppings you'd like and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes
