Fried Broccoli

ingredients:

  • 2 heads of fresh broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • salt to taste

 

directions:

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
  • Add the crushed red pepper to hot oil and heat for 1 minute
  • Add the broccoli, cook and stir until it begins to get crispy, 5-7 minutes
  • Season with salt and serve
