- 3 c. Smith's Farm's broccoli florets
- 1 c. fresh parsley
- 2-3 t. dried oregano
- 1 T. minced garlic
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 T. white vinegar
- 2 T. freshly squeezed lime juice (about 1 lime)
- 1/2 t. salt
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Store in fridge in a covered jar.
- Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
