3 broccoli crowns
juice from 1/2 lemon
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Wash broccoli crowns and slice lengthwise- leave as much stalk as possible. (An average size crown can but cut into 4-6 pieces)
Blend lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper together. Toss with broccoli.
Grill on medium-high until slightly charred and tender.
